Asia on a Plate

 

In our first edition of The World on a Plate, we went to India, with a meal of roti and raita. And that was just the start of the adventure.

Since then, our children have helped make Japanese and Korean meals – rice balls and Miso soup with Chef Akiko and Bibimbap with Mino’s mom, Youngmi.

We love learning about different cultures through their food and cannot to wait taste a different part of the world soon.
